David Cordeiro, Principal
Mr. Cordeiro is a U.S.-licensed legal executive who serves as outside counsel to foreign companies doing business with U.S. customers, partners, vendors, and investors. With over 20 years of experience advising executives and boards on U.S.-law contracts, technology transactions, and cross-border matters, and a formal background in electrical engineering, he brings a practical, business-driven approach to drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Drawing on extensive law firm and in-house experience, Mr. Cordeiro delivers senior-level legal judgment directly—without the cost, delay, or over-lawyering typical of large U.S. law firms—while working seamlessly with foreign counsel on local-law issues. Mr. Cordeiro also affiliates with other U.S. and foreign law firms in order to bring a full suite of legal services to his clients.
